This is a fantastic musical troupe that was walking about the festival singing and dancing. In “roving reporter” style there is a brief interview. Then the magnificent Theresa Ellis plays “Sailor’s Hornpipe” on the fiddle, next is “Mingulay Boat Song” and then “sleepsong” sung by the marvelous Katy and then Greensleeves/Road to Lisdoonvarna with Theresa and the wondrous Cap’n Morgan Treasure Chest (alias Nancy demello) playing the flute. I had to edit some of it out because of talking. There is a short cameo of Sue Bodily as a nun.

Morehouse College 125th Commencement. (Sunday) 05.17.2009. This was such a magnificent experience. There were many great speakers including Cicely Tyson and Dr.Henry Louis Gates Jr, but one of the best had to come from one of the two valedictorians- Joshua Lamar Harris (the other, Anthony Connell Roberts, did well too). I wish we would have captured the entire speech, but before he started we (the person recording and I) didn’t realize it would be so good… We were able to capture the last …
